Escape to the Country's Jules Hudson floored by house with feature he's never seen before

House hunters Maria, a higher education consultant originally from Venezuela, and Danielle, a recently retired police sergeant from Lancashire wanted to find a property with enough land to accommodate their dogs, cats and 26 chickens. Jules introduced them to a stunning property on outskirts of Lossiemouth

"Now, no surprise to Escape to the Country when we select our mystery houses, we do like to take a little bit of creative licence. That is what we've done here, particularly when we know that the properties that come before it have absolutely hit the mark."

He added: "Now you could be forgiven for thinking this was in Massachusetts, but wait till you see what's on offer inside." Upon entering the house, Jules skipped a tour of the downstairs living area and went straight to the top of the stairs.

Situated on the landing was a wonderful study with a stunning balcony located in the middle of the wall. Guarded by a grand iron railing, the area overlooked a beautiful dining and living room. Jules said: "The view of the kitchen-diner, one quite unlike any I've ever seen before."

Marie and Danielle were also left completely blown away by the house and immediately branded it "stunning". "As soon as you walk in it's like wow", Danielle told Jules.
