The couple were renting a friend's apartment in Hammersmith when they decided to move to the Welsh countryside for a more secluded and peaceful life.. Wanting help in buying their first property together they roped in presenter Sonali Shah to help find their dream home with a budget of £325,000

The trio headed to the Monmouthshire countryside in search of a perfect property, which proved a little tricky as there wasn't a huge choice on the market.

They first looked around a stunning grade II listed cottage with two bedrooms and two reception areas. Plus it had an impressive newly-fitted kitchen. After the tour, Gareth and Adam joined the BBC show host in the garden to talk about the cost of the rural property.
