Emergency services were called to a residential address and he was rushed to hospital but sadly died around 40 minutes later.
A man identifying himself as the victim's cousin told My London at the scene of the shooting this morning: “When I woke up this morning I didn’t think I would be standing here at a crime scene in the pouring rain and my cousin dead.
“We just don’t know why this has happened. It’s so unexpected.
