Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F), a United States-based automaker, is likely to offer a V8 engine in the 2021 Ford Mustang hybrid.
Recent patent filings have revealed that the automaker's move towards electrification does not necessarily mean that its engines will be downsized. Website, AutoGuide, has revealed the patent filing. It was filed by Ford in July 2017 but not published until January 2019.
