Freightliner, a US unit of Germany-based Daimler Truck, is equipping its heavy duty Cascadia trucks with new Cummins X15N natural gas engine.
The engine is designed for heavy duty and on highway truck applications, with 400 to 500 hp and 1,450 to 1,850 lb-ft of torque. It achieves lower NOx levels than the 2024 EPA...
