He won the penalty for the early goal and his passing was always a threat on the night

He understandably tired given he hadn't played much since that injury.

He was the one who was creating more than anyone else and that continued against Fulham on Sunday.

It was a really welltaken free-kick for the opening goal, the goalkeeper had no chance.

Sometimes it's difficult to get the ball up and over the wall but he struck it like an expert. A superb finish.

He knows down the line he will get more time in the centre of midfield and maybe when Conor Bradley returns we will see that.

The inverted position suits Trent to a tee and he can add to the options in midfield, which we have spoken about before.

But going forward, as a right-back, he is the best in the world and you have just got to let him do that.

When Trent needs to get back into a defensive shape, his team-mates need to help him out because he can't be expected to do it all without help.

Sometimes he will be out of position, it's to be expected with so much creative onus on him but that's where his colleagues can come to the fore.

Whether it is Ibrahima Konate or Jarell Quansah on the right of the centre-back positions, or even Mohamed Salah on the right wing, he can drop in at times to give
