Grabit Inc., an intelligent automation systems provider to the soft goods manufacturing and warehouse logistics industries, has signed a contract with Burke Porter Group, the company's manufacturing partner and primary senior secured lender, on the terms of a comprehensive reorganisation and recapitalisation.
