Greggs launching limited edition breakfast roll free thanks to Jordan

Earlier this week, Capital Breakfast host Jordan North declared his love for his breakfast of choice – confessing to fellow co-hosts Sian Welby and Chris Stark that he enjoys mustard on his bacon buttie. On Tuesday’s show Jordan said the sauce combination “changed his life” since he first tried it 12 years ago, urging listeners “don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it!”

The divisive breakfast roll sent fans into a spin on an Instagram poll where 76% of listeners voted “you’ve GOT to be joking” when asked about trying “The Jordan” bacon roll, with only 24% agreeing with his bizarre sauce combination.

It didn’t take long for the team at Greggs to bring home the bacon as they exclusively hand delivered Jordan and the team a selection of “The Jordan” butties to enjoy in the studio.

The Burnley boy, who is now the brand-new host of Capital Breakfast, was buzzing to say the least that his controversial breakfast had been created especially for him exclaiming “oh my God this is amazing!”.
