This unique take on Faithless' platinum selling hit 'Insomnia' has been shared thousands of time on social media.

The footage was captured by a passerby who filmed the busker's fascinating interpretation of the song.

The busker can be seen sitting just off the Newcastle side of the Millennium Bridge. He is surrounded by various utensils and instruments as he plays his own version of the track.

Using a base pedal, drums and pans the busker reels in an audience as he plays a note perfect 'pan rendition' of the 1995 hit.

In the video, members of the public can be seen frequently dropping cash into the musician's money pot.

Passerby, Davey Strong, captured the footage as he was having a stroll along the Quayside.
