The genesis of mySTAYINN

Despite being founded in 2022, mySTAYINN’s story goes back over a decade.

In 2012, the company’s founder, Pav Masutes, entered the world of short-term lets STL. He realised that this was an area where investors could earn money without compromising people's choices. His journey was further enriched by prior experiences in hospitality, where he witnessed the hardships faced by staff.

This amalgamation of empathy, tech expertise and a passion for improving working conditions for staff that laid the foundation for mySTAYINN.

The missing piece of the puzzle was a business partner who shared Pav's vision and a strong passion for the short-term let industry, whom Pav later found, and together, they shaped the vision for mySTAYINN.

mySTAYINN’s core vision is simple: to achieve equal satisfaction among customers, staff, and clients. The company is keen to revolutionise the hospitality industry, demonstrating that it's possible for everyone to be safe, compliant, and happy -all at the same time.

To achieve this, the brand is focused on growing -and has set itself the ambitious goal of onboarding 2,000 listings by 2027, with the help of extensive market research and a smart use of technology.

A continued journey

mySTAYINN is now one of the fastest-growing short-term rental companies in the UK. Within just six months, it was providing returns that exceeded previous years by a staggering 60%, and it maintains a minimum 10% yield and a minimum 20% ROI across its portfolio.
