HSBC Holdings (LSE: HSBA) is to deploy a robot to deal with customers.
Called 'Pepper,' the humanoid robot attached to a tablet will greet customers who visit the bank's branch and provide them with services. The robot is being put to work at the bank's Brickell branch in Miami. The firm also has plans to expand the use of Pepper in locations throughout...
