Hyundai Motor Company (KSE: 005380), a South Korea-based automaker, has named Brian Latouf as its new global chief safety officer (GCSO).
Latouf is to report to Jose Munoz, president and chief operating officer (COO) of Hyundai Motor Company, and president and CEO, Hyundai Motor North America (HMNA).In the new role, Latouf will merge the engineering resources of Hyundai and HMNA by integrating safety field investigations, safety data analysis, and safety engineering performance into a streamlined global technical function.
