Hyzon Motors, a US-based company that provides zero-emissions hydrogen and fuel-cell powered commercial vehicles, has signed definitive agreement to acquire Orten Betriebs GmbH and subsidiaries, and Orten Electric Trucks GmbH, Germany-based manufacturers of truck and trailer bodies for the beverage industry.
The deal is likely to be completed in the fourth quarter, 2022.
