Swedish industrial holding company Investor AB (STO:INVEB) announced on Wednesday the acquisition of Swiss biotechnology company evitria by Atlas Antibodies, which is majority owned by Patricia Industries, part of Investor AB.
Founded in 2010, evitria is a provider of antibody expression services, specialising in CHO-based transient expression of antibodies, including bispecific and fusion antibodies, and other proteins.
Atlas Antibodies develops advanced reagents for biomedical research.
