One star that always remains open with her fans is the incredible Jacqueline Jossa, and her recent post certainly pulled on our heartstrings.

Posting on Instagram, @jacjossa shared some lovely natural snaps of her and her two daughters looking cute and cosy at home.
Her caption said: "My whole heart.
"I am so so lucky to have you ladies. My greatest achievements."
The ex-EastEnder also opened up about how she has been feeling recently, as well as exactly what has been helping her through the tough times.
"I’m tired," she said, "I look drained and feel it a little too.
"These babies get me through. I work hard for you my loves."
