Jensen Denmark A/S, a Danish subsidiary of machine industry company Jensen-Group (Euronext Brussels:JEN), said on Thursday that it will finalise the acquisition of Ole Almeborg A/S on 16 October 2023.

Ole Almeborg is a Danish company that manufactures internal handling equipment for industrial operations.

With this acquisition, Jensen Denmark adds a manufacturing facility that will enable the company to expand its production capacity on the Danish Isle of Bornholm.

The transaction is not expected have a material impact on the consolidated revenue or profitability of Jensen-Group. Instead, it represents an expansion of manufacturing capabilities...
