Online speculation increased when irregularities were noticed in a Mother's Day photo of Kate and her children, leading to Kate admitting to 'editing' the image and apologising for any 'confusion'.
A new video has surfaced on The Sun showing Kate Middleton dressed casually in black leggings, a zip-up top and trainers. She's seen chatting with Prince William, who is also dressed down in blue jeans, trainers, a navy jacket and a baseball cap, reports the Mirror.
They were at a farm shop in Windsor, a favourite spot for locals to buy goods from the Royal estates.
Kate has been seen twice in public since her surgery. Once, she was spotted in the passenger seat of a car driven by her mum, Carole Middleton, in Windsor.
She was also seen next to William in a car last Monday when he attended the Commonwealth Day service in London and she went to a private appointment.
Friends of the Princess have said that she might talk about her health at public events, according to reports. Kate had surgery at the London Clinic on January 16 and isn't expected to return to official duties until after Easter.
Kate and William's friends reportedly told The Sunday Times that the couple will share more details about her recovery at some point.
