Latest travel advice as France, Germany and Italy among 22 countries to ban travel from UK over mutated Covid strain fears

The Prime Minister has cancelled Christmas for huge swathes of the country including London after he was told it was up to 70 per cent more transmissible.
Governments across the world have responded with new measures to prevent the virus entering via travellers from the UK.
Here are the countries that have announced travel restrictions so far.
Austria -ban from midnight on Tuesday, December 22.
Belgium -border between UK and Belgium closed from Monday December 21 for at least 24 hours.
Bulgaria -The Government of Bulgaria have announced they will be restricting air travel to/from Bulgaria and the UK from midnight on Monday until January 31, 2021.
Czech Republic -All flights suspended from the UK from Monday.
Canada -The Canadian government has suspended all inbound passenger flights from the UK from 5am on Monday for 72 hours.
Colombia - Following the announcement of the Colombian Government, direct flights to/from London will be suspended from December 20 until further notice.
Denmark - The Danish Government has banned all air passenger flights between the UK and Denmark from 9am on Monday until 9am on Wednesday December 23.
Estonia -From 10pm on Sunday, Estonia banned the operation of air passenger services to or from the the UK. The restriction to air services is currently planned to last until January 1, 2021.
Finland -Finland have announced they will be restricting travel from the United Kingdom from 12pm on Monday until Monday, January 4.
