Limetree Bay Refining LLC, a refined products terminal in the Caribbean, has signed a contract in principle with the supply and trading arm of an international oil company on the restart of the idled refinery located at Limetree Bay, St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.
Under the assumed terms, the oil company is to enter into a tolling agreement and serve as the Refinery's supply and offtake counterparty. Details regarding the contract will be made available in the next week to...
