Livingston Police remove car by tow truck after it blocks pedestrian pavement

Officers from the West Lothian town say that the parked vehicle was stopping prams or people who rely on wheelchairs from using the walkway safely.
They say that they were unable to find the owner of the car and as a result the car was uplifted with the driver liable for all costs.
A tow truck is visible in one of the images shared and is understood to have moved the car at the officers request.
In a tweet shared on the Road Policing Scotland page, they said: "#LivingstonRP attended a parking complaint in Hillwood Gardens. A car was parked on the footpath preventing prams...
