More than half a million people receive first dose of coronavirus vaccine

Updating the nation at a coronavirus press conference, the Prime Minister said that more doses were still being administered.

However when he was asked about when it would be rolled out into the wider community, the priority list would not be changing.

A member of the public – named as Rachael from Kent – asked a question at the Downing Street press conference about whether consideration would be given to rolling out the vaccine more widely in some geographical areas and to expand it to people who are of working age.
