NCC AB (STO:NCCB) announced on Wednesday the signing of an agreement, along with Nuno Arkitektur and Baerum Municipality, for construction of the Rud swim centre in Baerum, Norway.
This order, valued at approximately SEK330, will be registered by NCC in Q4 2018 in the business area, NCC Building Nordics. The centre will be open to the public in the summer of 2021.
According to NCC, swim centres are one of its specialties. It is the Nordic region's largest contractor in the segment, with proven proprietary technical solutions and work processes.
Reportedly, NCC's internal team of specialists has worked in a targeted manner, in partnership with external expert advisers, in order to offer Baerum Municipality an attractive facility.
