Industrial air filtration company Nederman Holding AB (Nederman) (STO:NMAN) reported on Friday that at a board meeting held on 20 March 2020, the company's board of directors resolved to withdraw its earlier proposal for a dividend of SEK2.50 per share and to propose that no dividend is paid.

According to the company, given the growing uncertainty around the world due to the spread of the COVID-19 and the extraordinary government actions being taken to limit the spread of the virus, business activity in many markets in which Nederman operates is being impacted significantly.
