Finnish telecoms, IT and consumer electronics company Nokia Oyj (HEL:NOKIA) (NYSE:NOK) and Cybernet, a fixed-line telecoms provider in Pakistan, announced on Wednesday the deployment of the country's first DWDM network operating at 600Gbps per wavelength.
This cutting-edge optical network, implemented with Nokia's PSS 1830 optical transport platform, enhances Cybernet's network capacity and connectivity between its main metro sites to support growing consumer and enterprise demand for fast, high-quality broadband services across Pakistan.
