Tyre manufacturer Nokian Tyres Oyj (HEL:NRE1V) announced on Wednesday the receipt of an announcement from BlackRock Inc, on 11 December 2018, according to which the total number of Nokian Tyres shares owned by
BlackRock Inc and its funds exceeded level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc.
Reportedly, this increase was a result of share transactions concluded on 10 December 2018.
