Nokian Tyres Oyj (HEL:TYRES) reported on Friday the receipt of an announcement from BlackRock Inc on 25 July 2019, according to which BlackRock Inc's total holding in Nokian Tyres shares has exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc.
Reportedly, this is as a result of share transactions concluded on 24 July 2019.
