Provider of logistics services Nurminen Logistics Oyj (Nurminen) (HEL:NLG1V) announced on Friday the purchase of shares and business of PFC Nordic Oy from TLP Holding AB.
Financial details of this acquisition were not available.
PFC Nordic is a high-end forwarding company specialised in international forwarding, having its office in Helsinki. Its turnover is estimated to reach EUR3.0m this year.
With this transaction, Nurminen said it will widen its competitive know-how in international forwarding and increases all-encompassing service portfolio for demanding customers.
