Finnish pharmaceutical company Orion Oyj (HEL:ORNBV) announced on Tuesday that in its organising meeting, the company's board of directors, which was elected on 26 March 2019 by the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, has elected Timo Maasilta as vice chairman.
Also, the compositions of the board committees were decided with the remuneration committee members being Heikki Westerlund, as chairman, Timo Maasilta and Mikael Silvennoinen.
Orion's audit committee members are Mikael Silvennoinen, as chairman, Pia Kalsta, Ari Lehtoranta and Eija Ronkainen.
