Pan American Silver Corp. (NASDAQ: PAAS) (TSX: PAAS), a primary silver producer, has temporarily suspended operations at its four mines in Peru, Shahuindo, La Arena, Huaron and Morococha.
The suspension is in accordance with government-mandated restrictions in response to COVID-19. On March 16, 2020, the government of Peru declared a National State of Emergency requiring a 15-day national quarantine.
