Dutch health technology company Royal Philips (NYSE:PHG) (AEX:PHIA) said on Thursday that it has concluded a comprehensive hospital-wide analysis of Tampere Heart Hospital, a part of Tampere University Hospital in Finland, focusing on environmental sustainability.
This assessment included a deep assessment of the hospital's interventional cardiology sector and evaluation of its carbon footprint. The analysis stems from a 15-year strategic managed services agreement between Tampere Heart Hospital and Philips.
