Plans for Edinburgh gallery to transform into a luxury dog parlour

The plans would see a currently vacant shop building on Dundas street turned it into a brand new dog grooming parlour for the capital's pet lovers

While the plans have not yet been approved by the council, should they go ahead then the small, discreet shop front on Dundas Street will be converted into the independent business.

The proposed business will be conveniently located in the city centre, neighbouring Bacca wines and close to the soon-to-open Artisan Pasta Makers.

The shop itself is peculiar, with a small floor space of just 64 square metres. That floor space is also very narrow and long, which could make it difficult for many business owners to fully employ the offered space.
