Meaning 'angel' in Thai, Passorn aimed to bring authentic Thai cuisine to the capital while combining it with an angelic dining experience and service.

Delivering the heartbreaking news on their Facebook page, the venue's owner Cindy Sirapassorn said: "We wish to inform you that Passorn will be open for the last time on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

"Thank you for all your custom over the years and all the support you have given me. It has been a pleasure to serve you over the last thirteen years.

"All the very best wishes to you all."
