Portland General Electric (NYSE:POR) (PGE), a fully integrated US energy company, has named John O'Leary as its new director effective January 1, 2024.

O'Leary has over 35 years of leadership and financial experience for truck and electronics manufacturers, which includes over 20 years of senior leadership experience with Daimler Truck Holding AG, where he is presently a member of the board of management and president and chief executive officer of Daimler Truck North America (DTNA). He has served as chief transformation officer and head of Mercedes-Benz Trucks. He has also previously worked as senior vice president and chief financial officer at DTNA.
