Any person interested may make objections to the Accounts or any part thereof, together with a statement of the grounds of complaint, to the Council's auditor, Mr Brian Howarth, Audit Director, Audit Services by e-mail to bhowarth@audit-scotland.gov.uk (North Lanarkshire Council and North Lanarkshire Integration Joint Board) or Mr Alasdair Craik, Senior Audit Manager by e-mail to ACRAIK@audit-scotland.gov.uk (Education Endowments and Sundry Charitable Trusts). A copy of the objection and the statement should be sent to the Officer concerned and to the Chief Executive of North Lanarkshire Council within 21 days of the Accounts being first available for public inspection. Any person who makes any such objection has the right to appear before and be heard by the Auditors, Audit Scotland, either personally or by a representative with respect to that objection. However due to restrictions put in place by Scottish Government to control the incidence and transmission of Coronavirus, it would be inappropriate for this right to appear before the Auditors to be offered on a face-to-face basis, so any such...
