Reynolds American Inc., the BAT Group's US subsidiary, has started the groundbreaking of the WaterHubSM at the Reynolds Operations Center in Tobaccoville, North Carolina.

The WaterHub, an advanced water recycling facility, is a product of a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC.

On completion of construction of WaterHub, it is expected to reclaim more than 60 million gallons of water per annum, equivalent to the annual water supply of around 550 average US households. The deployment is intended to reduce the company's environmental footprint and conserve water in Forsyth County's Yadkin Pee Dee River Basin.
