Royal National Scottish Orchestra holding pop-up outdoor concerts across Edinburgh

The programme will visit 17 primary schools as well as a huge outdoor performance this coming weekend at the stunning Newhailes House and Gardens in Musselburgh, East Lothian.

The performance is completely to attend by members of the public visiting Newhailes and the RSNO musicians will be in full action from 12pm-2pm in a socially distanced, outdoor setting.

Players will also spend this summer performing outdoors for pupils, taking music directly to schools at a time when the effects of COVID-19 have negatively impacted children's learning and well-being, encouraging a sense of joy, normality, and spontaneous creativity.
