Europe's largest private forest owner SCA (STO:SCA-B) announced on Friday that it is enhancing its electricity self-sufficiency via Fasikan Vind AB acquisition, a wind power project on SCA-owned Bräcke land in Jämtland County, purchased from Arise AB (STO:ARISE), a renewable energy company.
Aligning with SCA's wind power strategy, the wind farm construction initiates in Novomber 2023, targeting operation in early 2026.
