Scandi Standard AB (STO:SCST) announced on Thursday that it has appointed Ado Carton as CEO of Manor Farm and a member of group management, effective 1 June 2019.

Ado Carton replaces Vincent Carton as part of a management succession plan following the 2017 acquisition of Manor Farm.

Prior to joining Scandi Standard, Ado Carton came from Kerry Group, a manufacturer and marketer of added value branded and customer branded chilled foods to the UK, Irish and continental European consumer foods markets. Through his 27 years career with Kerry Group, he held an array of key management positions, most recently as MD Grocery, Snacking and International.

Reportedly, in connection with the acquisition of Manor Farm in 2017, Vincent Carton had agreed to stay on as country manager throughout 2019 in parallel...
