SEB has said that it has appointed Jonas Ahlstrom as the new head of its Baltic division.

Ahlstrom, who joined SEB in 2005 from Investor AB, has since held several strategic, advisory and leading roles in different parts of the bank. He has served as head of SEB Group's strategy office where he played a key role in the creation and execution of SEB's business plans. He was appointed chief financial officer (CFO) of the Baltic division in 2018.

The move comes as Riho Unt, who has served as head of the Baltic division for the last four years, has decided to leave the bank after serving it for almost 20 years.
