Swedish modular home manufacturer SIBS AB (STO:SIBS) has signed a significant contract to supply an additional 1,300 apartments for a large-scale residential project in NEOM, northwestern Saudi Arabia, the company announced on Friday.
SIBS is the sole supplier chosen for this project, marking its second order from NEOM in less than four months.
The Design and Build Contract encompasses the full scope of operations, including design, production, logistics, assembly and completion of the 1,300 apartments, distributed across 22 buildings with a total area of approximately 100,000 square metres.
