Skanska AB (STO:SKAB) announced on Monday an investment of EUR65m in the third office building of Nowy Rynek, a mixed-use project, in Poznan, Poland.

This investment considers the third building as well as underground parking levels for both the third and the fourth building.

The construction contract is worth about SEK340m, which will be included by Skanska in the order bookings for Europe in the second quarter of 2019.

Reportedly, the 14-storey office building will have a total leasable area of about 27,000 square metres. It is registered to pursue WELL Certification, and is expected to receive the certificates LEED Gold and Building without Barriers for its accessible design, inclusive for people with disabilities.
