Skanska AB (STO: SKAB) announced on Friday an investment of about SEK590m in a climate neutral office project in Malmo, Sweden.

This construction contract, worth about SEK420m, will be included by the company in its Swedish order bookings for the first quarter 2020.

Reportedly, the 12 storey office building Hyllie Terrass will have a total leasable area of approximately 14,000 square metres. It will offer an optimal location close to public transportation, enabling companies to be able to act sustainably at all levels.
