SSM Holding AB (SSM) (STO:SSM) announced on Tuesday that the members of its nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting 2019 are Ulf Morelius, appointed by Eurodevelopment AG; Johannes Wingborg, appointed by Lansforsakringar Fondforvaltning AB; Peter Lundkvist, appointed by Tredje AP-fonden and Anders Janson, chairman of the board of directors of SSM.

Also, Wingborg has been appointed chairman of the nomination committee.

Together, these shareholders in the nomination committee hold approximately 80.5% of the shares and votes in SSM.
