Alternative investment firm Stonepeak and Spanish wireless telecoms infrastructure company Cellnex Telecom (BME:CLNX) announced on Friday an agreement for Stonepeak to acquire a 49% interest in Cellnex Sweden and Cellnex Denmark, collectively known as Cellnex Nordics, for a total of EUR730m.
Cellnex will continue to manage the day-to-day business of Cellnex Nordics and consolidate its financial results.
Cellnex Nordics currently has a network comprising 4,557 sites across Sweden and Denmark, offering colocation services for wireless networking equipment to mobile network operators. Additionally, the business has commitments and options for the...
