Tensions boiled over on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday as former stars James Jordan and Kristina Rihanoff clashed over pros' refusal to get the coronavirus vaccine, with James claiming they "don't deserve" to be on the show.

Hours before Saturday's 2021 launch, it was reported that there was a 'crisis' behind the scenes of the hit BBC show after one pro had tested positive for COVID-19 and two dancers had refused to get jabbed.

An insider said: "The dancers who won't get vaccinated have been a topic of conversation among cast and crew for weeks -- even before the positive test.

"There were vocal protests from celebrities that they didn't want to be paired with them.

"It's a headache for bosses but employers cannot force workers to get jabbed."

On Tuesday, just as rumours swirled that a third dancer is refusing to get the COVID vaccine, former Strictly pros James and Kristina debated the controversial decisions on GMB, with the two having contrasting opinions.

Asked by host Richard Madeley how she would feel if she was back on the show and her celebrity partner wouldn't get jabbed, Kristina replied: "I personally wouldn't have an issue.

"This is my opinion. Because I have friends and family members who can't have a jab as well.

"It's not my place to ask them for what reasons because it may be an auto immune disease or something of that nature that they don't want to disclose.

"If you're double vaccinated, it's still not 100% protection..."

Angrily interrupting her, James replied: "It's funny because I don't know anyone who can't...
