After hearing Counsel for the Appellant this day upon the Petition and Appeal of Evan Charles Sutherland, of Skibo and others in the County of Sutherland, and Aberarder and others in the County of Inverness, and of Crownest, in the West Riding of the County of York, and presently residing at Hotel Curzon, Curzon Street, London, W., praying, That the matter of the Interlocutors set forth in the Schedule thereto, namely, an Interlocutor of the Lord Ordinary in Scotland, of the 31st of December 1901, and also two Interlocutors of the Lords of Session there, of the Second Division, of the 3d and 19th of July 1902 respectively, might be reviewed before His Majesty the King in His Court of Parliament, and that the said Interlocutors might be reversed, varied, or altered, or that the Petitioner might have such other relief in the premises as to His Majesty the King in His Court of Parliament might seem meet; as also upon the printed case of Spencer Campbell Thomson, as manager of and as representing the Standard Life Assurance Company, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Andrew Carnegie, as an individual and as Curator and Administrator-in-Law for his wife, Mrs. Louise Whitfield or Carnegie, the said Mrs. Louise Whitfield or Carnegie, and Beckwith Smith, lodged in answer to the said Appeal; and Counsel appearing for the said Respondents, but not being called on; and due consideration being had of what was offered for the said Appellant:
It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in the Court of Parliament of His Majesty the King assembled, That the said Interlocutors complained of in the said Appeal be, and the same are hereby, Affirmed, and that the said Petition and Appeal be, and the same is hereby, dismissed this House: And it is further Ordered, That the Appellant do pay, or cause...
