Finnish financial service company Taaleri Oyj (HEL:TAALA) announced on Wednesday that it is contemplating issuing Tier 2 notes of approximately EUR15m, with the aim to issue the notes in the near future in accordance with the market situation.
According to the company, the issuance of these Tier 2 notes would strengthen its capital adequacy and the proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes and for providing for the expiry of the permission under article 49(1) of the CRR granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority valid until 31 December 2020.
