Finnish financial service company Taaleri Oyj (HEL:TAALA) announced on Tuesday that the members of its shareholders' nomination board are Pertti Laine, Veikko Laine Oy's chairman of the board of directors, nominated by Veikko Laine Oy; Peter Fagernas, Oy Hermitage Ab's chairman of the board of directors, nominated by Oy Hermitage Ab; and Juhani Elomaa, Taaleri's vice chairman of the board of directors, nominated by Elomaa.
Also, at its meeting on 17 September 2019, the shareholders' nomination board elected Fagernas as its chairman.
