Tecnotree Oyj (HEL:TEM1V) reported on Wednesday the transfer on 11 March 2020, without consideration, a total of 1,740,832 of the company's own shares to the key employees participating in its share-based employee incentive programme, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the programme.
