Teenager, 19, stabbed in late night Manor Park attack

Police were called at around 10pm on Monday, April 15, to reports of a man assaulted in Monega Road, E12. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the man, aged 19, was taken to hospital for treatment to stab and assault injuries – his condition is not life threatening.

“No arrests; enquiries into the circumstances continue. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote CAD7303/15Apr.

“You can also provide information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 9.59pm on Monday, April 15, to reports of a stabbing on Monega Road, Manor Park. We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a medic in a fast response car and an incident response officer.

"We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance. We treated a patient at the scene...
